I want to download W juliet volume 6, kanata kara, and sequence with out using Mirc or bit torrent. And also could some one post a website with a good tutorial for Mirc then I could use it.

If you jsut want shoujo manga, go to http://www.shoujomagic.org and use their IRC channel to get some there. Sorry bout the rest of your requests, cna't help you there.
