Geez, they are a week too late! And they really should not be kept unrefrigerated longer than a couple, three days to keep em fresh. Must be cool enough in transit still this time of year, and I did pack em frozen and with gel packs, but geez, it took a frickin week and a half?! HOw remote IS your place, anywho?

Does not bode well for considering taking internet orders for shipping does it?

OH, by the way, thanks and glad you like em!

Gee..I think Maine is still on the continental U.S.A. :-)!! Not TOO remote! But, be assured EM, they were very good and tasted very fresh! So much for "priority" mail...eh???

But you see we have shipped hundreds of packages via Priority Mail, and I don't remember this ever happening before. Bren was wondering if if could have been held up somewhere along the way and inspected........terrorist muffins ,doncha know. Did the package look like it could have been opened?

Nope...package looked fine to me. Is there anyway you can track your shipments once they've left your place?? This was probably just a one time thing!!

Finally got the go-ahead on two good-sized co-ops! That makes 3 co- ops, a low- carb store, and two coffeeshops so far, and promises from others. I can't believe how long it's taking for these managers to make decisions, and how overworked they all are.

Gotta go crack some eggs while listening to Condoleeza Lies :)...............

How many eggs you go through in a day, EM?!

Congrats on picking up the new business!

Thanks, Polly! Depends on what we're doing that day........I've been in sales mode most days for the past three weeks, but we had to bake this week cuz we started running out of lemon poppyseed and blueberry. Today we used 50 eggs (organic of course.)

I've been having some bad luck with Priority Mail too. I was participating in a craft swap on Homesteading Today. My partner in the swap mailed my package via Priority Mail on March 16th and I just got it last week! And it was only coming from St. Louis! I think I could have walked faster than that.
