WE MOVED TO USA IN 1997 FROM RUSSIA.ME AND OUR SON,WHO IS 11YRS A USA CITISEN,MY HUSBAND WAS ARRESTED BY INS AND STILL IN DETENTION IN LOUSIANA FOR LAST 10MONTH, HIS CASE FOR GREEN CARD WAS DENIED,BECAUSE HE HAD A CAR INCIDENT(DRUNK) IN 1999,HE WAS ON 5YRS PROBATION,BUT FEW MONTH AGO WE BEEN REOPENED HIS CASE AND NOW WE HAVE A NEW ORDER, ONE COUNT OF ASSAULT IN THE FOURTH DEGREE AND FIVE COUNTS OF WANTON ENDANGERMENT IN THE SECOND DEGREE,WHAT WE CAN DO TO AVOID A DEPARTATION? DO WE HAVE ANY CHANCE TO KEEP HEM IN USA SINCE A NEW ORDER? PLEASE WE NEED HELP!!!!!!! THANK YOU, EVELINA.

me & my husband got married in 1995 and the other day they came and deported him for no really good reason there`s hundreds of others that are doing worse and they are all here in the united states but somebody that doesn`t deserve it get`s the shaft from our lovely goverment meaning our beautiful INS..Iam going to try everything i can to get him back home with me if you know of a pro bono attorney please e-mail me because they left me without funds
