When and where was a train wreck that involved Engine #623greenspun.com : LUSENET : Central of Georgia Railway Historical Soc : One Thread |
I have 5 shots of a bad wreck in which 2-8-2 #623 looks to have ran into the rear of another freight train. #623 is "wearing" pieces of a CG caboose and several other cars are in splinters. I can't make out what the cabs number is. I would like to find any info concerning this wreck. Thanks Don Worthy
