I received a letter in the mail from Fidelity regarding the HP 401(k) plan which I participate in. This is because I was at one time a Digital Equipment Corporation employee and HP purchased Digital.

I had not designated a beneficiary.

I used the web site http://netbenefits.fidelity.com to add Kathy as 100% beneficiary.

My account information is my SSN. My password is 0112358 and the secret question is the road I grew up on, ebenezer. It should be noted that ebenezer was not spoken into the phone. I entered 32363937 as it is spelled on the phone key pad.
