I am a 27 year old school teacher who is suffering from terrible insomnia and I also have multiple sclerosis. The insomnia has been going on now, for over a year and threatens my mental, emotional well being, my marriage and happiness. I get anxious, fearful and depressed with it. Last year, the insomnia led to several M.S relapses, as my body was not getting the rest it needed. I am not working at the mo, because of the insomnia - as I have lost my confidence. I hope to teach again, in some capacity (casual or part time) as it is my dream. I am married to a non believer whom is a good man but I am alone in my faith and struggle sometimes because I can not share my faith with him - yet. Or the spiritual dimension of this suffering.

I worry about all this but I do pray and go to regular mass. I ask you to say a little one for me. Thankyou and God bless

I prayed for you and will keep you in my prayers. I hope the Lord will bring healing, strengthen your faith through this, and perhaps use this to bring your husband to the Lord as well. I am going through a hard time right now too, and going to mass gives me such peace. Keep seeking the Lord and He will meet your needs.
