Can a person that is diagnosed with Degenerative Joint Disease - then later get crohns - and we know the prednisone that goes with that - help lead to multi-focal sites of ON/AVN more than a person with just Steroid induced ON?

Thanks this came up when talking with a person that suffers from the above.
