The following sites have most of the Yu Yu Hakusho episodes up to 74. I think they are missing some in the 60s, but you can easily get that elsewhere. Here is that site (you need Bittorrent):

Bittorrent is often slower than a direct download, but it's worth it. If you already have Bittorrent, then you know what I mean :D

Another good site for YYH eps is:

http://www.slopeanime.com/

This site has eps 40-70, but it is currently down until the end of the month. I highly recommend it because it offers direct downloads through ftp.

Lastly, here is a site that kind of works (it has YYH eps 1-50 direct d/l, that's where I got mine from - however, some of the links don't work) - here it is:
