I was wondering what the labor law was for minors under the age of 18 who have graduated from High School were in California. I heard that if you were a minor who has graduated, that you can work the same hours and work duties as an adult. Is that true, and does that apply to all companies in California? Can they have a policy where even if you are a graduated minor, that you cannot work certain hours in a day or over a certain amount of hours in a week? I desperatly need answers regarding this issue for no one seems to know. Thanks so much.
