I need a help with a TMPGenc software. In the Wizard, I can't use the "Makes file size % "..It's disabled. I lose quality with my mpeg. Anybody can help me?

Answers

Dias tmpgenc only let's you use the "makes file size%" option when your encoding mpg-2. you can't use it for vcd, only for dvd or svcd.
