My wife and I separated 5 months ago. I can no longer afford the mortgage and all utility bills (she moved out) Lender says a payment holiday would be given but needs both of our consent. My wife refusues to do this ? I do not want to lose the equity or let the arrears spoil my chances of getting a mortgage in the future. Please help.
