I would like to buy a SIG SHR 970 rifle. It has a .307 barrel this is not a regular European calibre. Can I use .308 brass or bullets ?

You need 307 Brass. There is a difference between the brass .307 and .308 (bottom rim). Brass .30 is OK to use
