Red fox (Vulpes vulpes), Gran Paradiso Italy,
80-200mm F/2,8 at 200mm, nikon F5, Fuji velvia, 1/30 s, tripod.
This fox was not shy and would repeatedly approach our campground looking for scraps.

I really think this photo needs to be brightened. The eyes are the focus of the photo, but the edges are so dark that they are lost overall. I can tell if I look close that there is a white/light shimmer to them which could be amplified if you brightened the photo overall. Make the eyes the focus they should be. Also, great job placing him looking into the frame and at the appropriate intersection. Depth of Field is ideal.
