well if you can weld and bend pipe you can do it without measurements from us just think about what size you want it and its not that hard if you have an idea but check out gokartgalaxy.com and they make all the azusa go kart and minibike kits and parts and look at there drawing of the frame and it might help you with ideas and parts setup
