GTO has never been completely scanslated. Moreover it is licensed by Tokyopop, so scanslations are somewhat hard to find. If you can use irc, check #mangaproject at irc.cruelfate.net. You can find scans from later volumes here: http://geocities.com/manga_underground/

you can also get gto manga scans on emule. i got the whole series in french. i dont know for english translations though

GTO Manga scanlations are extremely hard to find. You'd probably do best if you were to search the IRC network's Aniserve server for GTO. If you check http://geocities.com/manga_underground/ it does not have the complete series, only three chapters. As for SazanQuest.CJB.NET, they are only concentrating on thier current projects, and due to bandwith problems they are only able to host only thier most recent scanlations.

tenkai.net has all of em up to 18. Right now I'm looking for the ellusive chapter 19!!! manga-underground.org has 20 and the first in 21... I will be very very grateful to anyone who can find 19 and onwards... ^,^
