I am really stuck on these.. An example of a shortage is limited amounts of a. water available for irrigating a crop because it is used for other crops. b. labor available becasue the workeres have other jobs. c. food available because trucks carrying it are on strike. d. food available because few people want to buy it.

I have that same question on my econ final and I can't figure it out. Its the first question and there are 400 of them!
