I was divorced in 1988 and my ex got my house, she was to live in it until it could be sold. She moved out right after the divorce and moved to another place letting the bank have the house. It foreclosed and sold to the highest bidder,We lost about 75,000 which half was to be mine,can I sue her for my half of the profits?
