I was just looking myself for information on the artist P Wong. I have several paintings by Wong, wondered about the artist's bio/history.

Hello, I had the two P. Wong Paintings that the last thread referred to. I had the paintings appraised and they both appraised at $550. They were taken off the market after 8 months without a sale. Not much was known about the artist even after researching and the appraiser couldn't tell me much either. There seems to be a lot of artwork from this person. I don't know about you, but I think his works are fine. I would hold onto what you have and maybe someday soon they'll be worth something.

I just acquired a P Wong junk painting at an estate sale for $30 yesterday. I hung it in my den. I wonder if it could be worth anything?

I also own a very large oil of junk boats. I was told that he was quite old and on deaths door and his artwork would be worth something some day by a person doing art shows in homes.Still haven't gotten any info on Mr. Wong but love my painting. Linda Buscemi

I just purchased 2 P. Wong Junk paintings at a garage sale for $2.00 each. Very well executed original oils for the price. Here's hoping for appreciation in value.

I also have a P.Wong "Junk" painting. Its about 30 years old. It is 24"20". Could it be worth anything. Is Wong still alive? Looking for any info in the artist.

I have two prints by "Peter Wong" that appear to have an original signature - I bought them at a thrift store because I liked them, and now I wonder if they're worth something.

These are not Chinese junks - one is a street scene with a bicycle parked next to a flower car, and the other one is very similar (also has a bicycle in it), with more greenery.

Are we talking about the same artist?

Please e-mail me directly if you know anything.

Thanks- Eileen Sullivan
