I am the general manager for a fitness facility in California. The owners and I are contemplating opening a juice and espresso bar and would like any advice or revenue numbers someone can provide. We get an average of 369 members through the door on a given day and are trying to establish our cost and revenue projections for such a venture. Your help would be most appreciated.
