Who was influenced by Poe's tales and poems?

I'm not sure what you mean by this question - so here is two answers. If your question was meant to be "who influenced Poe's in his tales and poems" - I don't think we can really say. However, the popular belief is that the many women in his life are the subjects of his works (bear in mind, many, not all, of them had trouble dying - not the dying part). I think these works were Poe's way of accepting their death, and in some sense giving them immortality and life after death.

However, if your asking WHO HAS BEEN influenced by Poe - the numbers are countless. Many authors and amatuer writers immortalize Poe for his drastic style of writing. He may be the most misunderstood writer of all time - but he is also the most admired.
