im still having trouble getting Matroska Splitter i downloaded K-Lite Codec Pack full version but i cant seem to find the splitter anywhere...unless it was named something else? some please help me with this it'll be cool if you can help

cant anyone help me out on this? i looked all through out about this and the only file i end up getting is some matroska.ax file... how do i actually install it? if anyones kind enough to give me a step by step guide to it . you'll have my thanks
