Many times when reading about AVN and the causes - what is listed is - dislocation and fractures.

Can someone pulling the majority of the muscles and tendons in the shoulder, along with scapula, ac joint, and sc joint damage, Thoracic spine and Ribs - also lead to AVN?

In my opinion, no. the reason fracuture and dislocations cause AVN is because they cut off the blood supply to the bone. This is not the case with a sprain or strain.
