I have many tapes recorded in Sony TRV 46 Hi8 camcorder NTSC. I want to have these tapes to VideoCDs so that I can play them as I like on any VCD palyer without having the camcorder for playback. I need an advise how to transfer the subject and edit in my computer myself.
