Shepherd scopes

Another question. Does anyone know anything about Shepherd scopes? I've been considering putting one on a Winchester 70, but have been having second thoughts. In "The Ultimate Sniper" John Plaster was saying that the method that Shepherd uses to zero their scope was a quickie "emergency" method of zeroing. Any input? Thanks

yes i would get the shepherd scope if i were you. I put it on my Remington Moldel 700 sendero sf 7mm stw and yes it is a "quickie" to zero in. Actually its one shot zero in. Anyway if you reload your shells you can pick your scope because the scopes work through how fast your bullets go. I'm shooting at a little over 3300 fps's and the 3x10-40 i think its the Pe1 or one of the scopes, I cant remember. But I do very much recommend this scope. The deer on my wall and the bulls eye's on my target speak for themselves.
