Life in the Whacked Lane••• January '04

Well we are back from Texas and everything went pretty well. Thank God for that!!

I am 4 months on January 19th and feel like everything is going just fine. Every little twinge in my abdominal area makes me nervous, but I haven't been able to get past that even though I know it's pretty silly.

The people who are buying my place in texas were there one day when we were loading up stuff. I feel very much more pleased as they appreciate it for what it is and are particularly thrilled with the soil in the garden! Yeah!! They will build a bigger house and the ladies Mother will live in my little house. They can't wait to get in.....should be soon.:)

I made a terrific mistake and thought I had until Jan 17th to get the trophies done and only had 'til the 7th! Wheeeeeee!!! Got 'em done and they look great. Thank you, Jesus AGAIN!!

Today we are going to work on the trailer a bit again. It has been frigid here, and with no real heat (nor any time) it's pointless to try to paint. It's s l o w l y coming together.

I'm not sure what to do with my forum over at HT. I do not have the time and feel like I have been rather close to run off by Angela. It feels like it should still be there for all the info, but I am honestly rather over it. I can't find time to get on line very often at all. The kids are taking a whole lot of time, and trying to get ther trailer together is taking the rest of it. It kind of saddens me that I can't do much with it, but that is just the truth. Sigh.

God bless all, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Here I am again!

I've been painting at the trailer, which is supposed to be alright so long as it is well ventilated....I'm not convinced of it, tho'. My Mom has been helping quite a bit. I sure hope that when I am her age I am half the wonderful woman that she is. She's sumthin' else!

We are all in good health and everything is going well. Sophie made the honor roll and she is quite proud of herself. Jared is still struggling with his grades, but not as badly as he was last semester.

I think that as soon as we get into the new property we will homeschool the kids. This public education racket isn't very satisfying. I should be able to nail together five hours a day for the process...that is supposing the pregnancy is all going well. My appointment is on the 19th, and maybe we'll even listen for the heartbeat this time!

I have so many things I want to check into on line, but just skimming will have to suffice for now.

Terran!!!! I am so happy to see you back!
