Hi, Picked this up at a flea mkt and it has NO markings anywhere. It is non electric. Stainless steel (picture is deceiving on color) The top black plastic knob has open arrow and close arrow on top of knob. Inside I see 3,6 & 9 on a plate indicating amount of cups it holds. Any ideas on Brand, how to use or value? Thank-you
