i was wondering if i can find a program which can make skins for winamp...but im looking for a very good one like the best if you can :) be grateful if you can give me a site to one

You can get some http://www.rurounikenshin.nl the sit is in a different language but click on the MEDIA icon thing and there should be a icon that says anime winamp skins. Have Fun!:)
