I heard a rumor a while back that Arlington, VA residents were eligible for some Zipcar driving credit from the county. Is that true? If so, how do I get it?

When I originally signed up I never saw a place to put in that I'm an Arlington Resident. How can I get the driving credits applied to my account. It was the driving credit promotion that made me sign up originally!!
