anybody got a good 600yd load for 80gr seirra match, bushmaster has load as starting at 22gr to 23.5 n135 but thats(22) max in seirras plus bush's oal is 2.475 and sierras is 2.550 so not only does bushmasters load consume more powder thus higher pressure it's going push a bit more pressure from the shorter oal,and i dont have enough chamber to go 2.550 oal,i've not worked 80's before tried about every thing from 75gr hornady match down to 52gr sierra match,but got a deal on 1000 80's so i thought i'd give them a try,bobby

In my bolt 223 I shoot 2.49 oal 80 gr siera wirh win primer and 24.4 rapid fire and 24.7 slowfire varger. the heave load sticks my bolt a littlr so it wotks ok slowfire, this load is max so work up to it. use new win brass.

You may find you get more help from people if you tell us what calibre [I'm assuming it's .223]you are shooting and out of what firearm/barrel length etc..
