How can I use CD images like *.bin without burning CD? (It means that I don't have CD-RW(etc) but I have lots if CD images I'd like to use.)

Do a web search on Daemon Tools (I think it's at http://www.daemon-tools.org, but you should make sure) and download and install it. It allows you to mount BIN images on a virtual CD-ROM drive, which will allow you to play them on your computer.
