I have used them on several occasions and I have to say my experience has been very good They have delivered on time and when I had a fault on some carbon fibre they sent it by return so I have only praise for them (no doubt others may dissagree) regards Les Ihre Englisch ist sehr gut!!

Peter,

I have had quite a few bits from Casoli over the last year & have also found them to be OK with no problems.

Tried a couple of time to communicate by E Mail but I must admit replies are a bit slow so tend to use the phone.

Good luck.

Tony.

hi tony,

thank you too :-) today a friend of mine reached someone at casoli's on the phone. she was told that there had been trouble with the painter (i ordered the front fender painted red/silver) but today the parts would be shipped with UPS to germany. i hope now that the long part of waiting is over... what i cannot understand is that they do not answer mails. what do you call that in english: customers care??? if the parts are as good as they look on casolis website, everything is ok for me. so thanks again for your answer and always good riding with your bike!

Peter,

Don't be surprise if the fender came with the colors reversed. Jeez, with just silver and red, there is a 50/50 chance of getting it right and they still manage to mess it up sometime. Casoli blamed it on the painter but with this kind of incompetency, I blame Casoli for not having the quality control that we come to expect from good vendor.

With that said, the quality for paint was quite good for the parts that I bought.

I've recently ordered a few carbon bits, hugger, front fender, key gaurd and a new screen. everything was great apart from the key gaurd, this took me about 4 hours to fit, lots of time spent with my drimmel grinding down the bits that did'nt fit. Apart from this all else was great and will carry on buying bits from them....once I saved some more money that is !
