SAL "Beach" series Sleepers

My question concerns the Seaboard 5DB-Lounge “Beach” series Pullman Standard cars constructed in 1956. Can anyone provide information on the type/color of carpet (I seem to remember there was an actual “scale” version of the seashell/starfish pattern) and furniture used in the interior of these cars? I am constructing a scale version of the cars and would like to match as much as possible with the prototype. Thank you.

I have one of the color post cards that Harry referred to showing the interior of the lounge portion of the car. Also have copy of two page article from "The Ticket Agent" that describes the cars in detail as well as copy of page from Pullman-Standard publication that gives floor plan of car and two black and white photos of interior of lounge. If you will send me your address, I will send you copies of the articles and loan you the postcard.

In the late 50's, SAL produced a color post card showing the lounge interior complete with models. These cards were stocked in the writing desk along with SAL stationery. Of course, I don't know where you'd find one now.
