Hi does Anybody own, or have experience of the Blaser LRS2. If so how do you rate it. I am considering buying one in 6.5x55mm for long range target shooting any advice would most welcome. Thanks.

Jenks, I have owned the original one in 308 and it impressed me how accurate it was considering the barrel attachment method. I like the rifle overall but didn't keep it long enough to enjoy it. I have built many custom rifles in various calibers hence I feel Blaser did a great job. The pull handle action needs some getting use to and I would work the action to make sure it becomes smooth. I have Leupold MK-4 16X on the rifle. I am thinking of getting a .338 Lapua one now, either Blaser, TGR42 or Accuracy International Super Mag. I am done building rifles.
