hey when i burn my video file to vcd on nero express the quality is not that good but the video file i have is good quality how can i burn it like the quality i got? do i need a better encoder? if yes what is a good encoder that work i trying using panasonic encoder but that didnt work at all.

Try using TMPGenc (http://www.tmpgenc.net). There are guides to using TMPGenc at http://www.vcdhelp.com. Nero's encoder is not considered to be very good. Please keep in mind that VCD has low bit rates and the quality can only be so good. It is not realistic to expect your VCD file to be as good as your source, although encoders like TMPGenc can definitely improve upon Nero's encoder.

i have download tmpgenc but the movie file cant load in i think my movie file is avi is there a way i can load it?
