I am involved in a group presentation discussing Arabic culture. I have an article stating that medical professionals can be held liable for not practicing in a culturally acceptable way. I believe it is considered a tort.What I want is an actually legal case in which medical professionals were invoved in such a case. I want this to illustrate how culture incompetence may impact your career. Although it would be great to have an example involving Arabic culture, any case would be useful. Thank you.
