It may be a good marketing idea for Zipcar to offer frequent usage or mileage rewards. Perhaps if someone rents a zipcar for like a total of 10 hours in a month, they earn some $$$s towards their account, for every hour thereafter. Alternatively, perhaps zipcar could partner with some other company like American Experss for rewards points or something like that.

If you like my suggestion you could reward me with a few bucks off my bills. :)
