I know this is a stupid question but does anyone know where i can get E`s Otherwise other than animehaven?

This is a list of all the groups who subbed E's Otherwise and torrents to their downloads. As you can see, pretty much all the other groups torrents are dead. The only way for you to download e's otherwise from a group other than AH is by going to www.anidb.net and using emule OR hunting for the eps in the various groups IRC channels. However, not one group other than AnimeHaven and AnimeCookies have stuck with E's from beginning to end. You're probably better off sticking with them.
