You have to set Nero up to overburn. There is a configuration option where you can tell it how much to overburn. Set it to 90 minutes and 30 seconds. All burning software will always recognize 800 MB discs as being 700 MB discs because discs larger than 700 MB violate CD-R standards. All CD-R burners will not burn 800 MB CD-Rs, but most will.
