im not sure the manga is quite a bit ahead of the anime (not sure hoow much) so it probably wont unless its ended early and thats unlikely. although i think it should end soon before it starts to go bad.

Yeah, well the Manga may go longer than the Anime. The Flame of Recca Anime covered only about 1/2 of the Manga, so the Anime may end even if Rumiko Takahashi continues the Manga...However I like the character designs in the Anime better so I hope it goes over 150 episodes!!!!!

well if you compare how many episode take place in a volume of the manga, if they don't do any fillers, it could end at 150.
