You don't need to pause, just press cancel and resume next time. It will just check the existing file and continue from where you left off.

u can use bittorrent shadows experimental to pause ur download.

You can try Shareaza. You can get it from www.shareaza.com. It downloads/pause torrents, http downloads, and connects to 3 different p2p networks (gnutella, gnutella2, and edonkey)all at the same time. You can also mess with things such as limiting upload speeds and such, though you don't have to.

Its not really an answer, but is there anything out there that can speed up my BitTorrent downloads? Like it took 7 hours to download on T1. Although the file size was 2006MB, it should still only take about 3 or 2 and half hours, but anyway, if anyone can help, that would be great!
