Who translated vol 7-15? Where should I start reading if I finish watching the anime(1st-3rd stage)?

No idea about where the anime leaves off. However all the scanslation groups skipped over 7-15, so they haven't been done yet. Of late TFT has been churning out the missing vol 7 chapters, but they're being kinda slow about it.
