Does anyone know where I can learn how to make wallpapers? And if there is somesort of software that is needed or is the best to use? I've looked around but most sites are how to put wallpapers on your computer as a theme, background, etc or the sites doesn't help me understand how to create one. Thanks.

Use Adobe Photoshop, but for new user it can be a bit complicated it is a program used with animation and design so get some tutorials.
