I wanted to know how many people have joined the Catholic Church for their children to attend a Catholic School at a reduced rate and then come to the conclusion that the church was really where they were meant to be worshiping?

Long question..sorry!

Susan, I doubt that anyone who has read your question has ever done what you said. (Thus, no reply.) It sounds like something few people would do.

A considerable number of non-Catholics (including even a few non-Christians) send their children to our parish school, attracted by the combination of scholastic excellence and reasonable but strict discipline, as well as the personal concern the teachers show for each child. Over the years a few non-Catholic parents have become Catholic subsequent to their involvement with the school, but that is not usually the case.

Actually this happened in the Lutheran church and schools that I attended. That is why I asked.
