What are they? Which is the best? How do I have to use it?

its like kazaa in a way it lets u download programs of the web bittorrent is pretty good i use it.As for how u use it u just download it and install it on your comp and thats it then u need to find a site to dl stuff from

Go for Bit Torrent, its easier to use and more sites allow u to download from it. besides mIrc is just ^^;;..........

actually, mirc is pretty easy. it's just the matter of finding a good tutorial. they're everywhere. with mirc, you can pretty much find anything you want. believe me, the time it takes to learn how to use mirc is totally worth it.
