does anyone know the best irc channel(and server) to get GTO manga. i tried #mangareaders and #mangaproject. any help would be appreciated.

yeah go and buy those from tokyopop.com they had up to 14 volumes. 15 is release this week.

You probably tried doing @find for GTO in those channels, it's not a good idea. Very few fservs overall respond to @find. Next time you go back to #mangaproject or #mangareaders, do !list and go through the fservs, you should find quite a number of people with GTO chapters.
