jus wondering cause i happen to come across some program to make one , but i have no idea how it works, i heard we meed to encode the file to mpg format than make the sound to wav. format then i got stuck =P....anyone with the slightest idea please help.=)

You need to encode a video file first to MPEG, and TMPEGEnc is a good program, then use a program to make it into a VCD, like Nero.

you can either buy a program called nero or find off kazaa. its a pretty simple way of making vcds.
