I've read a few posts here about candidates for Bishop and no one has mehtioned Reginald Jackson from the 1st District. I recently read his statement on his website http://jacksonforbishop.com/ and I must say I was impressed. In my humble opinion he said everything a church should want from it's leaders and the humble spirit woven through the written words were music to my ears. What do you all think?

I was also impressed with his website as well. No one said anything about McAllister, Albert Tyson or MiKarl Thomas, who are also potential candidates for Bishop. There are so many people running that it is hard for folks to keep track of the 100+ people that are currently running. Money, highly impressive, "over-the-top" political connections are the key to winning the Episcopal office, not, unfortunately a "humble spirit" as you proposed.
