Today I installed the Alacris OCSP Client Service 4.0.1.342 onto my desktop computer. This is a new version put up on the DOD PKE website. I noticed in the instructions it now says to reboot the computer.

The expiring license issue also appears to be gone. The license now says it has been issued to DISA with no expiration time.
