You should learn how to use bittorrent. It is the best way to download anime fansubs. If you need help, email me.

Normally, I get Naruto thru Matlab's server http://www.mit.edu/~dfcheng/ , but they will phase out the older ones. Other than that, u might try DC hubs to search for emm

1)Get Mirc at www.sysreset.com, get the latest version of the mirc script 2)install it 3)fill out the information in the options 4)Have it connect to Mircx network 5)type in the connection window:/j #anbudom 6)type in the connection window:/msg anbu|naruto xdcc send #1 7)if you want another episode other than 1 then just change the number:ex) /msg anbu|naruto xdcc send #50

Why do people always expect 100 KB/S speed of download when it comes to hunting down animes? The only places you can max out your broadband capacity is either by a fast ftp or bots in irc that are hosted by a university network, and I can guaranteed you anyone who is semi-smart wouldn't give out fast ftps for fear of losing user slots. fansubbing and dvdripping channels on irc has a few and that's about the only time you can get high speed. finding anime on http sites is useless, give up.
