Good site right there. You can get up to the first 2 chapters of vol 5, then you can get up to vol 10 in lesser quality at #mangaproject @ irc.mircx.com. It's up to vol 12 so far in Japan (I think) and still running. Fruits Basket is definitely one of the better shoujo mangas out there, so by all means check it out if you can.
